Flat is a real estate brand based in Brasília, created to address a gap in the high-end market: the need to go beyond transactions and offer a more thoughtful curation of homes.

The project focused on repositioning the brand from a traditional intermediary to a more consultative role, connecting with clients who value quality, design and a more refined experience.

The identity was built to support this direction, with a focus on clarity and control.

A cleaner visual language helps reduce noise, organize information and create a more confident and consistent experience. Typography, color and layout follow the same principle, not to compete with the content, but to support how it’s presented.

The result is a brand that feels aligned with its audience, delivering a more structured and intentional experience across every touchpoint.
